Informational Interview Guide

1. What is an informational interview, to me?

To me an informational is a conversation between me and the employee to collect some needed information.

2. What are a few specific things you want to accomplish in your interview?

I need to accomplish the goal of the company concerning the project that I required to make to show them that I can
design the car component mechanic to prove that I can do the projection. This is what I need to do accomplish the
interview.

6. In your research, what have you learned about your interviewee and their company?

The first thing which I learned during the situation it was to be there early more than possible because this will bring a
good result even isn’t the time to be hired by the company. The small act will impact many people or organization
another thing is to wear a response dress as I prepare to go to church to attend sacrament meeting, if possible, to wear
the same clothes with white, tie and response pants.

7. What are at least ten questions you want to ask during the interview?
10-20% of your questions should be related to what you’re learning about quality management.

With much respect that I have to you and the factory, taking a place with much response that is complied to the quality
manage, I know this is the high chance to change myself such as the time which I will begin working for you and develop
skills as an professional. There are some of my questions regarding the job which I will do:
1. What do you expect for me as quality manager from the time which I will begin working here?
2. Regarding to the course which I made, will you able to receive new project from me and stand business in other
countries and establish relationships between us and the foreign organizations?
3. This is crucial to talk on our first time, how much I will make?
4. Concerning the quality management, what are expect with the quality managers?
5. What are some best tips will you want to give me as a procedure to follow?
6. Where is the best part in the company to use 100% control in quality management?
