Letter of MotivationMy mother was my first teacher who taught me the existence of logic behind

everythingwhen she had engaged me into what-if & if else scenarios. My father and brother, with
ITEngineering professions, always taught Tech stories and developed my interest in it. Theseteachings of
my mother, father and brother, later on, helped me to choose the computer domainfor further studies.
Meanwhile, in my teenage, I had been indulging myself in critical scientificand social readings and taking
away the comparative results out of it, which ultimately provedas water for the fish of my field. This
passion has convinced me, today, to choose research asmy profession and excel myself in it. For this
purpose, Marie-Curie Scholarship is the best platform to quench my thirst. After completing my higher
secondary education, my childhood passion forced me tochoose Computer Engineering as an
undergraduate student. Here my core focus was onTraditional Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems
and Computer Vision. I decided to applymy expertise in security and surveillance and built a War-Field
Spy Robot with no distancelimitation. In this project, an uncertainty happened when unexpectedly the
Govt banned theimport of 4G modules (the primary component of our project) due to security reasons.
Being ateam lead, instead of losing nerves, I accepted it brave-heartedly and examined the Android
phones 4G module and programmed it as an alternate solution. In this way, all targets wereachieved on
time and the project was saved from any unwanted situation. The enthusiasm of getting more and more
knowledge was increasing day by day. I wantedto shift my title from Developer to Researcher so I
decided to focus more on innovations in myMasters. By keeping in view the 4th Industrial revolution and
my personal interest I opted forArtificial Intelligence as a career. Even when I was not familiar with this
word, I did artificialintelligence (symbolic) in the form of logic building and reasoning to make my
machinesmarter. When I came to know about data-driven approaches, I moved to Deep Learning
withinno time with an excited face. For my thesis work, I decided to find a gap in security
andsurveillance. My mission was to design such Neural Networks and finding such hyper-parameters that
provide the best accuracy for a particular application. Excitedly I performed multipleexperiments and
studied the behaviour of outcomes but I started to get confused with theseresults firstly. Then I started
to study more research articles and publications particularly toexplore what other senior researchers
have an opinion about. As much as I was going in-depthfor exploration all my doubts started to vanish
and I started to enjoy this routine. As a result, Iachieved state-of-the-art accuracy in Pakistan and my
work was published at the 2021 IEEEInternational Conference on Artificial Intelligence. Also, I found an
opportunity to work on theadvancement and implementation of this project when the Higher Education
Commission ofPakistan financed this task. The feasibility and reliability of this work were tested on
differenthardware devices for edge computing. The more than satisfactory results were published
inJournal and also the product was handed over to the government of Pakistan.Having research and
industrial experience, my next objective was to help others with whatI have learnt and implemented so
far. I joined PIAIC (an Initiative by the President of Pakistan)as a Lead faculty member for Artificial
Intelligence. Since the class batch was composed ofstudents and employees belonging from different
sectors and regions, it was a great opportunityfor me to get exposure from all dimensions. I closely
watched the problems faced by differen
