If you want to crochet a sweater for Peaches, switch to the sweater colour at round 11. For round 12,
crochet into the back loops only!
When you have finished the body, cut the yarn and go back to round 12. Turn the body upside down
and crochet 48 sc into the remaining front loops. Finish the work with sl st, cut the yarn and sew it
well.

legs (make 2):

The legs will be crocheted in rounds.

1. 6 sc in a magic ring (6)

2. inc x6 (12)
3. (sc, inc) x6 (18)
4. (2 sc, inc) x6 (24)

14. 4 sc, dec, 1 sc, dec, 1 sc, dec, 3 sc (12)

Start to fill the legs with fiberfill. At the bottom fill it very tigthly, slightly looser at the top. The top
third remains unfilled

15.-20. 12 sc (6 rds)
21. (2 sc, dec) x3 (9)
22.-24. 9 sc (3 rds)
Finish the leg with a sl st, cut the yarn, leaving a long thread to sew onto the body later.

arms (make 2):

The arms will be crocheted in rounds.

1. 5 sc in a magic ring
2. inc x5 (10)
3.-18. 10 sc (16 rds)

Fill the arms with polyfiber into the bottom third. The rest remains unstuffed.
Fold the arms and crochet them together with sc. Cut the yarn and leave a long thread to sew onto
the body later.

If you are crocheting the Peaches version with the sweater change the colour at round 9. At round 10
only crochet into the back loops.
When you have finished the arm, cut the yarn and go back to round 10. Turn the arm upside down
and crochet 10 sc into the remaining front loops. Finish the work with sl st, cut the yarn and sew it
well.

ears (make 2):

Crochet in rounds.
1. 6 sc in a magic ring
2. 6 sc
3. inc x6 (12)
4. 12 sc
5. (sc, inc) x6 (18)
6.-12. 18 sc (7 rounds)
13. (sc, dec) x6 (12)

4
Finish the work with sl st and leave a long thread. Fold the ear in the middle, take a tapestry needle
and close it with 1-2 stitches.

pixie hat:

The hat is made of a rectangle that becomes narrower at the ends. It will be crocheted in rows and
you should crochet very loosely and make bigger stitches! If you are used to crochet very tightly I
recommend to take a larger hook than I have suggested at the beginning (hook 3mm instead of
2,5mm).

R1. 44 ch + 1 tch
R2 - R4. 3 sc, 3 hdc, 32 dc, 3 hdc, 3 sc, 1 tch
R5. (now you make the opening for the ears) 3 sc, 3 hdc, 9 dc, ch5, skip 5 dc, 4 dc, ch5, skip 5 dc, 9 dc,
3 hdc, 3 sc, 1 tch
R6 - R8. 3 sc, 3 hdc, 32 dc, 3 hdc, 3 sc, 1 tch.

(Depending on the thickness of the yarn you have chosen, the number of rows may vary, so eventually
you will need more or less rows!)

Finish the work and leave a long tail. Fold the rectangle as you can see on the picture below (black
line). With a tapestry needle sew along the edge (red line).
Turn the hat inside out. The pixie hat is now finished!
Sew the threads carefully.

5
Volant collar:

This will be crocheted in closed rounds. Every round ends with 1 sl st and starts with ch2, which counts
as the first hdc of the new round.
Start with ch18 and close them with 1 sl st to a circle.
rd1. Ch2 (first hdc), make 29 hdc into the ring, 1 sl st into the first hdc (30)
rd2. 2 hdc in every hdc of the last rd (60)
rd3. 2 hdc in every hdc oft he last rd (120)
rd4. 120 hdc
rd5. 120 hdc
rd6. 120 hdc
Cut the yarn and sew it well.

tail:
1. 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
2. inc x6 (12)
3. 12 sc
4. dec x6 (6)
Fill the tail with polyfiber.

assembling and finishing the details:

Now sew the finished collar onto the front loops of

the body all around.

Next sew the head onto the remaining back loops oft he body.
Put on the pixie hat. Optionally, sew the hat also onto the head.
When the hat is in the right position sew the ears onto the head right into the two openings of the hat
which are created for the ears.
6
Sew the legs between round 9 and 10. Additionally, you
can make some extra stitches, approx. 4-5 rounds below so
that the leg is firmly attached to the body. Then, tightly pull the
thread so that the leg is pushed towards the inside oft he body.

Sew the arms directly under the collar.

The tail is sewed down in the middle of he body.

Embroidering the eyes:

Sleeping Peaches:
The sleeping eyes are embroidered between round 14 and 15
and are three stitches long. You can also add three lashes.
Leave a gap of 5 stitches between the eyes.

Peaches with open eyes:

Embroider the open eyes between rounds 14 and 15 3-4

times with a 2-stitch long vertical line. Leave a distance of 9
stitches between the eyes.
Additionally, embroider the white of the eyes with a white
yarn.

7
Peaches with safety eyes:

After the head is finished and filled with polyfiber, wrap a black yarn around the safety eye very tightly
until you cannot see the thread anymore. With a tapestry needle, bring the two thread ends to the
bottom of the head opening. Pull the two threads tightly so that the eye is pushed towards the inside
of the head. Make a knot with the two threads. Repeat these steps for the second eye.

To make the white part of the eyes, take a long white yarn and a very sharp needle. At the outer part
of the eyes, make 1-2 vertical stitches. Again, knot the thread ends at the bottom of the head.

Between round 12 and 13, embroider black eye brows exactly above the eyes.

Add the little pink nose between the eyes, at the same level as the bottom line of the eyes. Take the
pink yarn and embroider the nose two stitches long several times using a horizontal line. Additionally,
make a vertical line from the middle of the nose to 3 rounds down.

Add some cute rosey cheeks with a light pink blush or a crayon, and some light brown accents
between the safety eyes and the eyebrows.

Hurray! You did it! Hope you are happy with your own little Peaches !
