    My Leadership Philosophy

    I believe that, in any setting, we can all reach our highest potential when provided with the right
    support and inspiration. I intend to lead my team by listening to their needs, modeling
    expectations, and setting attainable goals for them. I will be an instructional leader that builds
    capacity in my staff and constantly involves them in the learning process. I will lead with a fair
    and just mind, an open heart, and the drive and passion it takes to make a difference.
