Operation and Maintenance of STP/WTP Plant

1. Fuses, thread, gaskets, nuts, bolts, washer, white lead (saphead), tools & tackles, Acid
for treated water, and similar small items to be required while carrying out maintenance
and operation of Sewage treatment systems including labour component.

2. Oil and lubricants required for all machineries, pumps, plants shall be provided by the
our company.

3. Maintenance manpower shall keep all records, for above checks list and shall maintain
bound log-books/registers at site which shall be presented to RLBCAU for inspection for
all times and after completion of the work or as required, it shall be the property of
RLBCAU. The cost of Stationery pen, pencil etc. required for this purpose shall be borne
by the our company

4. SCOPE OF WORK:
 Cleaning of MGF&ACF as required.
 Cleaning of filter of Blowers as required
 All the parameters to be maintained (Treated Water).
 Treated water used for Horticulture by the Horticulture agency in consultant with the STP
maintenance manpower.
 Sludge removal and preparing cake by STP agency & to be used by Department.
 Quality & quantity to be maintained.
 Backwashing of filter per day.
 Parameter like PH, FRP, MLSS, Hardness to be tested and maintained.
 Bio Oxygen Demand/BOD) Test.
 Logbook to be maintained by the STP maintenance manpower.
 Chemical set c. Uniforms& tools tackles to be given by STP maintenance manpower.
 Cleaning of bar screen per day.
 Checking of Belt of Blower per day.
 Checking of Pump of Motor per day.
 Maintaining of MLSS in Aeration Task.
 Hardness of water maintained.
 Residual Chlorine maintained.
