To Parents,
Please be informed that the Half-yearly Exam will commence on 3.1.2023. If student takes a sick leave, please
phone the School General Office before 8:00 a.m. According to the school regulations, students applying for sick
leave must submit a medical certificate to the school authority. The exam arrangements for cross-boundary
students will be issued under a separate circular.

Please note the following arrangements for subjects that fall outside the exam period scheduled above.

Remarks:
1. In case there is heavy rainstorm or other unforeseen circumstances during the exam period, students are
advised to watch out for radio announcement whether school will be closed or not. If it is so, the subjects
scheduled for that day will be postponed to some other time. The subjects to be examined the following day
will be as scheduled.
2. If students have symptoms such as fever or diarrhea, please do not come back to school and consult the
doctor immediately for safety. Special arrangements will be given to students with valid medical proof.
3. Students must use their Student Smart Card to record attendance by 8:10, otherwise, students will be treated as
late-comers.
4. If students are unable to take the exam due to the pandemic such as isolation or quarantine order, please
inform the School General Office before 8:00 a.m. Provided with valid application documents and proofs,
online exam will be arranged. Please have printer and camera ready, otherwise marks may be deducted.
5. Infrared broadcasting system will be used in English listening exams. Students must prepare wired
earphone with 3.5 mm plug to take the listening exams. Students who fail to do so may be disqualified
from the exam.

本校將由二零二三年一月三日開始進行本學年期中試，請督促 貴子弟努力溫習為要。倘若
貴子弟因病缺席，按學校規定，必須於早上八時前致電校務處請假，翌日呈交家長信及醫生證明書。跨境生
的考試安排將稍後以另一通告發放。考試時間表臚列如上：

註： (一) 考試期內如遇暴風或無可預計之意外時，考生應密切注意電台宣佈有關本校之消息。如當天不能
進行考試，則是天應考之科目將押後舉行，而次日之應考科目則仍依原定之考試時間表進行。
(二) 假若 貴子弟出現發燒、腹瀉等病徵，切勿回校參加考試，並必須立即看醫生，以策安全。本校將
為該等學生作特別安排。
(三) 學生須於每天早上八時十分前回校以智能咭點名，否則作遲到論。
(四) 如學生於考試當日因疫情變化，須接受隔離或檢疫而未能回校或到試場應考，必須於早上八時前
致電校務處請假，並呈交證明文件，學校會為同學安排在家網考。同學必須準備鏡頭及打印機應
考，否則考試分數可能會被扣減或被取消考試資格。
(五) 學校將使用紅外線廣播系統進行聆聽考試，學生必須自行帶備3.5毫米插頭有線耳機回校應考英文
聆聽考試，欠帶耳機同學可能會被取消考試資格。
