Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter to confirm that I would like to invite Mr. Omeed
Rahmani Khejri, my friend to Dhaka, Bangladesh. Omeed is a British
citizen born on ………., 19…. and a Screen writer. The purpose of his visit
is to attend as a Guest speaker & Observer in a month long workshop (no
commercial value) on screenwriting in my place, which is going to start on
November 10th, 2020. Along with the workshop to attend, he also intent to
visit some places of his interest in Bangladesh. The duration of his stay will
be for about two & half months from November 7 th, 2021 to January 20,
2022.
I am a citizen of Bangladesh, a filmmaker. I reside at …………..
During Omeed’s stay, I will be taking care of all his expenses. I will bear all
his travel, accommodation and all other financial expenses that will be
incurred during his stay. He will be staying with me and after the workshop
he also plans to travel to few scenic places of Bangladesh.
Omeed will return to UK on……….. Under no circumstances, he plans to
prolong his stay in Bangladesh. Please find enclosed copies of his return
tickets and passport.
