During the implementation of the plan, in addition to the achievements, the team also encountered a

number of challenges. First, the most suitable person has not been found to exploit the information.
Because the group chose the wrong time for the farmers' working hours, they did not find the farmers,
nor did they collect information from them. The group arrived at the location at 12:00 noon and since
there were no permanent accommodation arrangements, finding farmers was almost impossible the
place was less populated, so it was even more difficult to ask the people. The group tried and overcome
the difficulty of finding interviewers, in the situation of not meeting people or farmers, the group was
constantly thinking and looking for people to be able to exploit information and the group met the
students, so they collected a significant amount of information. Second, the group has not yet convinced
the audience it wants to exploit information. Due to their lack of experience in field travel, the group did
not create trust for the audience they wanted to exploit information, the group was also embarrassed to
approach people and did not introduce themselves well with the loose preparation of costumes, making
them not very trusting. The group has not overcome this difficulty, because this plan takes more time
and effort, if given the opportunity to go a second time the group will be more attentive in terms of
attitude as well as costume, and from the experience of the first time it will certainly be easier to exploit
information.

The experience from the trip gave each team member many valuable lessons learned. First, improve the
level of team member management. After a project, the team leader himself will gain a lot of experience
in dividing the work among members, and knowing how to select the most suitable information for the
report. Second, learn how to bring members together. When working in a team, the most necessary
thing is the connection and understanding of the members, which will give better results than each
person doing their own work without discussion, in the process of going to practice the group actively
discussed with each other, so there was a lot of success for the trip. In the end, this is also quite a big
experience for the group, that is how to choose the time location appropriately. After the trip, the group
understands that to have a smooth trip, it is necessary to prepare a really clear and detailed plan in
advance about the departure time, interview time, and interview location.

The team implemented the project with the desire to bring more benefits to the people and the
community. First, after the trip and interview, the group somewhat reinforced the knowledge that
people living nearby understand about the lake, thereby raising awareness of lake conservation, they
will not throw rubbish indiscriminately to pollute the lake. Secondly, after the project is completed, the
team will post on social networking sites so that more and more people will know about the lake as well
as provide people with knowledge about the lake from which they will consciously protect and preserve
the lake. Finally, when more people know about the lake and know the surrounding parks thanks to
propaganda, it will attract more people to tourism, resulting in creating jobs for people, thereby
promoting the value of the lake better. Therefore, after the project, more and more people are aware of
the maintenance and conservation of the lake.
