    1. Being an infrastructure committee Member, write an e-mail to the administration for
    bringing attention to various infrastructure issues and challenges that the batch is
    facing at Jallo Chak.

    Subject- Infrastructure challenges that students are facing
    Dear Sir/Mam
    I, Prashant Poddar student of MBA 07 batch is writing this mail on behalf of the
    infrastructure committee to inform about the various infrastructure issues that the batch is
    facing. I know that the administration is working very hard to ensure a comfortable stay for
    students but there are few problems that needs to be addressed like unavailability of
    drinking water, irregular water supply in washrooms, lack of basic furniture like cupboards,
    grubby washrooms and dysfunctional power sockets.
    I understand that the property we are staying at is a private property and the administration
    can’t hamper the property much but the above mentioned points are the basic needs of the
    students and should be looked after. I request the administration to please look into this.

    and insights for resolving the difficulties (associated with various issues) for the
    permanent campus at Jagti.

    Dear Sir/Mam
    I, Prashant Poddar student of MBA 07 batch is writing this mail on behalf of the
    infrastructure committee to suggest solutions on the various issues on the Jagti campus. As
    the campus is bit far away from the main city students find it difficult to get groceries and
    other daily stuffs, so we can collaborate with various vendors for setting up shops for fruits,
    vegetables, Xerox etc. in the campus. We can also provide cycle facilities to students to
    travel around the campus as the campus is huge. Students find it difficult to find
    transportation to go to railway stations, airports and other places, so we can collaborate
    with few taxi drivers who can provide these facilities to students. We can also place the
    campus map on various places as sometimes it is difficult for the students to find certain
    avenues and also for the visiting faculty.
