Global Pandemic (COVID-19) - Thorogood’s response
(BCP) and return to office
Since the beginning of the Global Pandemic (COVID-19), Thorogood has given the highest priority to the safety and
well-being of our employees. Thorogood activated BCP and shifted to working remotely in March 2020 and we worked
remotely across all our offices worldwide, for two years, to ensure safety of our employees.

We opened our offices in 2022 and we have resumed working from office in a phased manner in the Bangalore office.
As of July 2022, we currently follow a hybrid approach where our consultants have the flexibility to work from home
few days a week and collaborate with their teams in office on other days. We still keep the safety of our consultants at
the forefront and in case of sickness, employees are not expected to come to office. They can continue to work from
home in Bangalore if they are unwell or take a paid sick leave if they are unable to work. These sick leaves are
separate to the holiday allowance and employees are only expected to return to work when they are fit and well.

We have also been encouraging our employees to be open about the challenges they are facing, so that we can support
them in all possible ways. The challenges are being addressed on a case-by-case basis.
