Zumba Class 1 hour Went to this class with a friend because she didn’t want to
be alone. I did enjoy dancing.

Walking my dog in the 30 min. It was a nice day, so I took my dog for a walk
neighborhood

Jumping on trampoline 20 min. The babysitting job and the children wanted me to get on
the trampoline with them.

Learning to play soccer 30 min. My boyfriend loves the sport so he wanted to teach me
what is so good about it.

Gardening-cleaning up the 80 minutes This activity was very hard because the dirt was hard and
area not soft. I let the water soak it for 10 minutes then cleaned
the grass area out.

Walking my dog 45 minutes It was a nice relaxing day. I walked in the neighborhood
listening too much and enjoying the fresh air after the rain.

Playing soccer with friends 60 minutes Even though I didn’t know what I was doing and fell most of
the time. I really enjoyed this sport.

Volleyball 60 minutes Helped my friend’s sister with her serve for her game at
school.

Zumba class at the 60 minutes I like listening to music but had to dance due to my poor
recreation center coordination, but it was fun.

Yoga Class 60 minutes This was a new experience for me, and I really enjoyed it.

Going to the Gym 60 minutes I went to the gym with my friends and we workout on all
type of equipment.

Walking my dog 45 minutes Walked my dog around the neighborhood, I found a new
walk path that we will be using.

Playing basketball at school 45 minutes The teachers didn’t have anything available for us so we
were taking to the gym to play basketball

Dancing Zumba Class 60 minutes Went to the rec Center with my friends and we enrolled in a
Zumba class for every Thursday

Before listening to the music, I was overwhelmed. During listening to the

listening to music has changed my attitude a lot of times.

Hanged out with good My friends and I really enjoy getting together and talking about upcoming
friend events and things that are going on in our lives. I’m always in a good mood
to gossip or just have a friendly conversation among good friends.

Taking a 10-minute walk Walking is something that I have never really did or wanted to do. This
course has really made me come out of my shell. Walking did clear my head
and made me relax but it really didn’t change anything.

Positive-Self Talk When I walked into class the teacher announced that we would have a pop
quiz and mentally I was not prepared for this quiz. I used positive self-talk to
reassure myself that everything would be okay even though deep down I

4 knew I was going to fail because I suck at test taking.

Playing with my niece at I took my niece to the neighborhood playground, I really enjoyed myself
the playground especially going down the slide. We made a sand castle but the sand
smelled like cat pees so we had to go was our hands because it was nasty.
