    • If you witness your colleague being discriminated because of their gender, make
    sure to document it. Each detail matters.

    • To report your documented report, you will need to follow the company
    procedure. Companies have their own policies as to how to go forward with such
    complaints.
    How to Report Gender Discrimination
    • It is highly recommended to report to someone who is less affiliated with the
    assailant. If not available, report to the assailant’s boss. If the problem is not dealt
    with properly, report to the Human Resources Department.

    • If the situation is still not resolved, go to Ethiopian Women Association. They will
    move forward with it and report it to the responsible government entity.
