VIDEO BRIEFING AGREEMENT

This VBA, dated 12th December, 2022 and entered into between Cherry Pick Talent Ltd. (“CPT”) and Laura Jane
Atelier (“Talent”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which CPT shall engage Talent to provide production,
promotion and other related services for the campaign.

Brand: June’s Journey (Wooga)

Intent: Wooga is looking to partner with content creators on YouTube by incorporating itself
seamlessly and creatively into your content. Be creative and see this as an organic and
seamless partnership, not just a ‘sponsored shout-out.’

The goal of this campaign is to get as many of your audience members to install the game
as possible because we’re sure they will love it!

Talent & Contact: Laura Jane Atelier (the “Talent”)

Deliverables: 1x YouTube video integration to be a minimum of 60 seconds long that starts within the
first 2 minutes of your video. We also ask that you include a brief reminder of the June’s
Journey partnership towards the end of the videos with a call to action to download
using the link in the description.

1st Draft of Content Due: YouTube Video Integration:

(talent to share brief topline idea with Brand ahead of filming for approval.)

The brand is entitled to one (1) round of edit requests & final approval before content
goes live providing that the Talent has shared a creative concept for approval before
filming. Talent must make themselves available within this timeframe to make the
requested edits if need be.

Any missed or omitted talking points will constitute amends outside of this.

Background Info: June’s Journey is a hidden-object mystery game with captivating detective story taking
you back to the glamor of the 1920s, with a diverse cast of characters

Each new scene takes you further through a thrilling murder mystery story, that sets the
main protagonist June Parker in a quest to solve the murder of her sister, and uncover her
family’s many secrets…

She also has a knack for getting in tricky situations and solving her friends’ problems in her
own, witty ways.

The game is available for free on mobile devices (phones and tablets), Android and iOS,
and on the desktop through Amazon & Facebook. June’s Journey was released just short
of five years ago, and now has more than 30 million fans all around the world.

The game is developed by Wooga, who deeply believe in the importance of

representative narratives and writing stories (and making art) with a varied cast of
characters.

Terms: ● The content must remain live on Talent’s channel for a minimum of 12 months
from the launch date. Talent must not, either through any act or omission, delete
amend or otherwise change the Content during the Live Period.

● Talent shall grant to Cherry Pick Talent and Wooga the worldwide, fully paid
up, royalty-free license with the right to sub-license, use, reproduce, display,
distribute, publish, and transmit the Content on the Brand’s online properties,
including on its YouTube channel (and any successor), and owned social
media, for marketing purposes for the term of one (1) month from launch
date.

● By providing services at the request of Wooga, or by accepting any incentive

from them, you agree that you will immediately remove, take down, or delete
any published content relating to Wooga, its products or its services, or those
associated with Wooga, from any site or platform that Wooga notifies you that it
finds objectionable. Even if we do not notify you, we expect that you will
promptly remove any content for which you receive a legitimate complaint or
which you later become aware may be in violation of the law or otherwise violate
third-party rights.

● There is to be no swearing, offensive words or inappropriate statements

mentioned in the video.

Affidavit In signing this brief you confirm in relation to the video you create and produce regarding
June’s Journey, that the following is accurate to the best of your knowledge:
1. The views and statements regarding June’s Journey presented in the
endorsement video are your own honest opinion, finding, belief, or experience.
2. You are a bona fide player of June’s Journey at the time the endorsement was
given.

Fee:
Total $650 to be paid 30 days from the launch date, upon receipt of a valid invoice.

Requirements:

● Before filming, please play at least the first 2 chapters of the game to get a good feel of the game.

● Video integration needs to be at least 60 seconds. The promotion needs to start within the first 2 minutes of

the video.

● Integration should be continuous from the content and not separated (creating a nice organic flow) within.

● your content must showcase enjoyment & fun while playing June’s Journey.

● How *you* feel about the game and how it connects to your brand. We and your audience want to hear
your unique point of view. In which context do you play the game? How do you feel after playing? How does
the game’s setting/genre/story or playstyle connect with your content?

● The integration should show a combination of gameplay AND your reactions clearly visible

● There should be a clear call to action to download the game - Mentioning June’s Journey is sponsoring the
video, using the game’s logo as well as saying “please download from the link in the description”. This needs
to be said and text edited onto the screen pointing to download in description at the end of integration.

● At the very end of the entire video - “a few seconds” reminding viewers to download the game through
the link below (text on screen point to description link as well)

Core Verbal Messaging:

● The game genre, gameplay, and story setting. This is a free to download mobile game where you have to
find objects hidden in beautiful, colorful, carefully crafted scenes. Please do NOT quote from this
description, but use your own words.

● How you feel about the game and how it connects to your brand. We and your audience want to hear your
unique point of view. In which context do you play the game? How do you feel after playing?

● Call to action “Download June’s Journey for free by clicking the link below in the description. June’s
Journey is available on Android and iOS mobile devices, as well as on PC through Facebook Games” (in
your own tone of voice)

● Must show a minimum of 15 seconds of gameplay and/or trailer of the game.

Creative Outline:

● Keep direct promotional content (talking points + gameplay footage) short & to the point. We want
your viewers to get our message but enjoy YOUR content.
● Ensure content fits one of the themes of the game whether that’s fashion, artistic endeavors, or a
relaxing break (for your reference, here is past June’s Journey collaboration that takes thematic
cue’s from the game).

Do’s

● Make sure to include gameplay footage, either ours or feel free to record your own footage but don’t show
anything past chapter 1 not to spoil your audience.

● Please do use your own words to describe the game and pick the talking points that resonate the most
with you! This is important to make sure you do not repeat word for word the same things other creators
already mentioned.

● Keep direct promotional content (core message + game trailer) short & to the point. We want your viewers to
get our message but enjoy YOUR content. If you can make your content fit one of the themes of the game,
that’s awesome. See the list below:
➔ Murder mystery storytimes
➔ 1920s vintage (thrifting, shopping, cosplaying, sewing, costuming, etc.)
➔ Home & Room decor, especially antique/vintage themes
➔ Home cleaning /organization/konmari (which mirrors the oh-so-satisfying feeling of “cleaning up”
some of the hidden object scenes)
➔ Relaxation / Self-care / Me-time routines & vlogs

Don'ts

● Avoid critical or ironic takes on the brand.

● Avoid using buzzwords like “obsessed”, “addicted”, “addicting” etc.

● The game requires an internet connection to be played. Please keep it in mind and avoid describing playing
on planes / on the train / in other environments where internet access may be difficult and unstable.

● Please do not create anything with alcohol, drugs, or smoking/vaping.

● No identifiable minors are to appear in the integration.

○ Do not integrate the June’s Journey promotional content within a video that shows one or several
identifiable minor individuals (under 18 years old), even if for a short amount of screen time.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Talent Deliverables:
Talent agrees to create and distribute the Content as described in this Agreement.
You hereby agree that your Service and Content are subject to the Brand’s prior written
approval.
CPT (on behalf of the Brand) will retain final editorial approval over the Content published.
You agree to perform Services under the agreement in a diligent, timely, and professional
manner.
Your appearance in the Content, and the appearance of any other individuals, including the use
of your and each respective individual's name, image, likeness, recorded actions, voice/sound,
photograph, picture, video, trade names, or logos.
Usage of content and media spend, if any, will be specified under ‘TERMS’.
You agree to provide all reporting data from Content performed under this Agreement.

Production and CPT requires the strictest adherence to current laws, self-regulation and best practice in
Distribution relation to influencer productions. You agree to comply with all applicable rules relating to the
Guidelines: transparent disclosure of commercial intent.

Rights and Talent grants to CPT and the Brand a right to use, publish, transmit, reproduce, display, publicly
Licences: perform, distribute, and promote Content on Brand-controlled digital platforms, solely through
an embedded link, during the term of 1 month for organic usage only.

Cherry Pick Talent’s You have the limited license to incorporate the Brands graphics provided solely to the extent
License to you: necessary to facilitate production of the Content.

Term and Either party may terminate this Agreement as a result of a material breach by the other party
Termination: by providing written notice and an opportunity to cure the breach, if capable of cure, within five
days. In addition, CPT has the right to terminate this Agreement with or without cause upon
three days notice to you. If Talent has submitted content for review and no content has gone
live and CPT terminates without cause, Talent will receive 50% of total compensation for work
completed up until termination.

Representations & You represent and warrant to CPT that you have the right to grant the rights in this Agreement,
Warranties: free and clear of any lien, encumbrance or claim, or need to obtain consent of or make
payment to any third party;
This Agreement does not conflict with any presently existing commitment on your party or any
competing or conflicting rights of any third party;
Your Content will comply with all applicable laws and guidelines; and does not and will not
infringe upon the rights of any third party and is your original work; and no-one else’s
permission is required to exercise the rights you grant herein.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPT, the Brand and each of their respective
parents, subsidiaries and affiliated entities and each of their respective officers, directors, from
and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, suits, proceedings
(threatened or otherwise), demands and expense (including legal fees and expenses) arising
out of or in connection with: (i) the creation or use of the Content as permitted under this
Agreement; (ii) any breach by you of any of the above representations and warranties or in this
Agreement; (iii) your negligence or willful misconduct; or (iv) any claim of violation or
infringement of the rights of privacy or publicity, trademark, patent, copyright or any other
intellectual property right infringement, libel, slander, defamation, disparagement or plagiarism
arising from your Services or Content.

CPT agrees to indemnify and hold you harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, claims,
demands, costs (including without limitation reasonable outside attorneys’ fees) and expenses
arising from CPT’s material breach of this Agreement.

Confidentiality::
Neither Party, except as required by law, will disclose the terms of this Agreement to any third
party. The parties shall not disclose to any third parties, excluding each party’s respective
attorneys, agents and representatives, nonpublic information disclosed by one party to the
other under this Agreement, and shall protect such information applying the same degree of
care used by the parties to protect their own confidential information.
You agree to not disparage, demean, or commit any other act which injures the reputation of
CPT, its networks, or the Brand.

Miscellaneous: The Agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of England and Wales, and each
Party hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any
dispute or matter arising out of or connected with the Agreement. In any action or suit to
enforce any right or remedy under this Agreement or to interpret any provision of this
Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs, including legal fees and
expenses.

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior
and contemporaneous agreements or communications relating to that subject matter.

The relationship between CPT and you is that of independent contractors, and nothing
contained herein shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or other form of joint
enterprise between the parties, and neither party shall have authority to act as agent for, or to
bind, the other party in any way.

Do not integrate the June’s Journey promotion in any video that contains the following content:
Drugs or drug-related items.
Any business that encourages illegal activities or violates applicable law.
Pornography or any other adult-only materials.
Tobacco or tobacco-related products, including vaping products.
Heavy use of alcohol, endorsements for alcohol brands.
Firearms.
Gambling products (including fantasy sports betting), lotteries or illegal wagering
Pornography or any other adult-only materials.
Discriminatory, harassing or otherwise hateful in nature commentary.
Endorsement of businesses whose content is discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise hateful in
nature, or whose practices are detrimental to the image of, or results in public criticism of or
reflects badly on, Wooga (as determined by Wooga.)
Endorsement of businesses that encourages illegal activities or violates applicable law.
Endorsement of businesses that promotes the use of in-game hacks, cheating, exploits, or in-
game currency farming or selling, or the sale, rental, licensing, distribution, or transfer of a
game account.
Political candidates endorsements.
