Empowering change is essential as it helps us to have growth mindset which is most

important to be successful and to accomplish anything in life.

Our school being too small in numbers and new to pyp we have not yet set up any event
inviting other schools however I am looking forward in near future to set up as we growth
with the pace. These have given me many new ideas and expand my thinking creatively and
critically in understanding the challenges and look for areas for set up

 I have shared my perspective while going to the plan on thinking routine, connect,
extend and challenge
 On the other hand I would like to share situation which we had recently. To wrap up
the school 1st semester we thought of planning a Christmas carnival which would be
a fun day for my students but challenge was the time and multiple areas teachers
and myself being involved at.
Challenge 1-End of 1st semester involve us into report cards, PTM and celebrations too
Challenge 2-Authorisation is for January so checking of documents and submissions were
important for all members
Challenge 3 -Setting up PD workshop for Teachers (planning and guidance)
Challenge 4 -Rolling Admissions
Challenge 5 -My PD workshop (Leading the Learning)
Challenge 6 -Thinking of Christmas carnival (Planning/invites/decoration/activities/Parents)

This time instead I have no way to held anything back so instead of thinking to stop. I just
challenged with a positive thoughts and restructure of planning myself to make sure I can
work side by side in finishing all the task. My action plan structured look like something like
this. I personally extended my work timings and with plan in hand to work on all areas. I was
able to work and involve myself into multi task and it is only possible with proper structure,
planning and team in place.
