(AICS)”

Business Idea
In Bangladesh, healthcare is offered either through government- run hospitals or through
privately-run clinics. Bangladesh is still lagging in health care services for the poor as well as
the affluent. In recent years, our neighbors, India and Thailand have forged ahead in respect of
expertise and experience of doctors, advancement of healthcare technologies and high-quality
hospitals and health management organizations. To achieve this in our country, technological
collaboration with technologically advanced hospitals are needed and follow health
management organizations in the developed countries of Asia and the advanced nations of the
West. Considering these scenarios, we would like to start-up a company that has developed an
innovative product for patients, mainly those in very critical condition or paralyzed.

Product Name
We named the product "Advanced Inpatient Communication System (AICS)" which is an
advanced technology with both hardware and software.

Beneficiary:
Patients who are paralyzed and in a severe condition can’t express their needs or problems
because of the miscommunication between the patient and the authorities who are responsible
for taking care of the patient.
Start Up Summary
Using our product, the patient can easily communicate with the doctors, nurses, even if they
are not in front of the patient. The hardware device will be performed on any movable part of
the patients' body and it will connect to the smartphone to the patients' caretaker, and the
software part will perform smoothly for efficient communication. Primarily, the system will
transfer eight different messages, but our research team will try to develop and implement new
features to the system continuously.
AICS Tech will be registered by local Government authorities. AICS Tech will adopt some
policies by which the company can gain maximum profitability and customers satisfaction.
These policies will help us to run the business efficiently. AICS Tech will continuously focus
on the development of innovative products which can remove some of the pains from the
patient and give them a little relief on their critical situations. AICS Tech will adopt strict
financial control to its business, as it is one of the key points to a company's success. AICS
Tech always would like to give importance to the satisfaction and feedback of its' customer.
The business team will directly patronize through feedback mechanism for the customers to
develop the products as per the consumers' demand. AICS Tech would like to provide the
highest quality product possible at the lowest possible cost to make the products affordable to
all.
AICS Tech would like to identify two consumer segments of its products, those are individuals
and wholesale purchasers. Individuals are generally the patients who are in critical situation
and taking home treatments. Besides wholesale purchasers usually are the hospitals, clinics,
medical corners, and NGOs.

Key Ways to Success

We will maintain strict financial and budgetary control system to solve necessary problems in
our operations. Besides, we would like to create a strong managerial team so that we can make
wise decisions. A strong monitoring team can operate our business activities to ensure fairness.
Besides, we would like to recruit almost 50 experienced call center executives who can listen
to our customers need patiently and respect their demands cordially. We think these policies
will be effective to run our business successfully. We are hoping that our business will earn a
good amount of profit by the end of year one and it will increase its sales and maintain a
sustainable growth in future as well. Around 10% of our yearly profit will be used for
performing Corporate Social Responsibilities (Tree plantation). We will ensure an ethical
environment. We believe, by running this business we will be able to contribute in our
country’s economic and social development to some extent.
