Hotel food system

Team Members:

1. Problem Statement:
In the current system, there are some problems. The number of meals,
quantity, inventory, loss, profit, and food percentages are calculated
manually, which leads to a waste of time. There are also some problems
during the customer’s reservation in the hotel, as the reservation method is
done manually, which leads to wasting time and exposing data to loss easily
and lack of security and not from Easy to write huge information in the
current system

2. Scope:
The system is divided into two directions, the first direction is the hotel
reservation and payment process, and the other direction is the food
reservation process, by requesting the customer for the meals that he
will want and specifying the quantity he needs
3. Objectives:

 Availability of the best service for hotel guests


 Ensure that food reaches the correct guest and arrives at the specified time
 Ensure the preservation of guest data and the duration of their stay
 Ease of booking in the hotel and knowing the available rooms online
 Organizing the attendance of hotel workers and confirming their presence
 More noticeable proficiency.
 Ensure data Security.
 Ensure data accuracy.

4. Actors:

Director : It deals with the new system in calculating profit and loss
and managing the hotel in an easy way.
Employees : The new system is dealt with in recording their
attendance daily and recording guest data.

Customers : The new system deals with booking and online payment.

5. Requirements:
5.1 Functional Requirements:

The system provide section for visitors to ask their questions ,
provide section for Technical support , saving data for each
visitor , section for electronic payment and instructions for using
the room , determine time for each meal , determine times of
room service
 Employees section

The system provide section for saving data for each employee ,
section for Recording the time of attendance and departure for
each employee , electronic salary
5.2 Non-Functional Requirements:

How the system should work :


(performance )=> Each page should load in less than 2 seconds ,
Modifying data in Database should be in less than 2 seconds ,
(scalability)=> The system must be scalable to support a large number
of users , (availability) => The system must be available at all times ,
(security) => Save each user's data completely safely, Allow only
registered visitors and workers to use the system
