Garin FaRM

As a child, I remember certain destinations that made a lasting impression on me. One place in
particular—a place that not only impressed me but changed the way I saw the world—is still with me
today. When I saw this place, I was reminded of how beautiful a world can be when everything coexists
peacefully and does not harm each other for personal gain. This place led me to where I can enjoy the
beauty of tomorrow—the Garin Farm.

For me, visiting the Garin Farm has always been special. As a kid barely approaching 8 years old,
waking up early in the morning and driving through a rocky road and passing a dense forest and a
mountain that soared into the sky was always an adventure. The Garin Farm is such a broad place to
describe, but in reality people who have visited felt a different atmosphere. San Joauqin, a place where
Garin Farm is located, is a town that was bustling all year round. People go to and fro as they busy
themselves like bees. At a distance, upon entering the town, beautiful fences can be seen as they
glittered under the sun's might. With a gate that stood tall and an exquisite calligraphy was carved,
"WELCOME TO GARIN FARM".

It's cold, windy, and sunny all at the same time. Scents of flowers linger in the air as a breath
taking view can be seen as you enter a black wooden gate. Fields of flowers stretch for miles seeming
endless, until it reaches a group of lofty pine trees with pine nuts scattered around looking like gems
under the shade of a majestic presence. The wind blows from time to time, creating "dancing plants"
effects as they sway in a coordinated manner. Butterflies and bees fly around the field of flowers making
the view more magnificent. As you go forward, a small lake can be seen as fish are dancing with their
mermaid-like tails under the lilies. Nearby, you can see some chickens, rabbits, cows, goats and birds
playing around like little children under the bright sun. Walking around the Farm and feeling the muddy
soil between your toes is not a worry in your mind, is one of the best feelings.

As the sun rises to the East and sets in the West, a perpetual scene was happening as a pale tint
of orange swallowed the whole farm. Some flowers emitted strange lights, others closed as if the time
for resting had come. Animals start to get home and strange buzzing and clicking noises of cicadas
started to play. After the sun completely sets, fireflies emerge and light the whole farm that makes you
shiver in amazement. The glint of the moon and at the same time the glow of fireflies filled my mind, it
felt like looking at a fascinating celestial. Bonfires lit up under the gaze of the sky as this time, a
spectacled video performance was shown. It shows the true color of nature, making me feel as if I was in
a trance like I was seeing the world for the first time and makes me see everything in a different way.
All the memories that I have of this place are filled with excitement and happiness.
Unfortunately, this place will never be able to see me again. Time has gone by, and I can't even see your
shadow anymore. My last memory of you is in my heart.

A place that has changed my perspective about nature. For me, it's a place where I can never
forget how picturesque the view is. It's deeply rooted in my heart and I hope to see yet another place
where nature is at peace with itself. Animals, plants, rivers and mountains that coexist is what a true
color of nature should be. A lovely place is best for us to enjoy!
