SELECTION OF PREFECTS _ 2022

We are pleased to inform you that your daughter has been nominated to be a Primary Prefect of the
school. The interview will be held as per the following schedule.

4A 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.

4B 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. Primary
4EA 1 1.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon Auditorium
101t21202t 4EB 12.00 noon to 1.00 p.m.
4BC 1.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
4ED 2.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m

She should be present herself at the interview with the following documents:-
o Sujatha Preschool Progress Report ( Ifa past preschooler)
o Student's Progress Report
o Student's SRB
. Original Certificates
o A set of photo copies of Original Certificates ( file it in a separate fiIe
And handover to the Interview Panel).
o Medals
. Trophies
o Duty Book ( Prefects ) if any
. Dhamma School Letter

DRESS CODE ( Long Sleeved) School Uniform

We are compelled to disqualify students who are unable to be present at the interview, on the given
date.

Please send vour daughter at the given time and make arransements to pick her on time.
