The DepEd and NORSU Vision Mission and CTED

TEACHERS Dept. have the alike aim in mind, that is to say to

produce students the one are skillful accompanying right principles

and abilities that they can use as they continue their ordinary lives.

It emphasized the ideas “learner-centered” and “steadily

reconstructing”. The students must do knowledge and teachers

must only expedite the knowledge. It demands alive engagement or

participation of the learners while achievement or giving the

communication. Moreover, it is essential in every institution,

particularly in school to have a mission and vision as guide so that

every learner must have access to quality, equitable, culture-based,

and complete basic education. The environment from where the

learning happens must be conducive, child-friendly, gender-

sensitive and safe for the learners.

Aside from the DepEd and NORSU Vision and Mission,

the Core Values are still essential. They present image of guide in

doing the teaching and education process. The DepEd Core Values

educate us to have love for God (Maka-Diyos), love for friend sons

or remainder of something (Makatao), love for character (Maka-

kalikasan), and love for the country (Makabansa). The NORSU

Core Values SAPPHIRE stands for (Spirituality, Accountability,

Professionalism, Patriotism, Harmony, Integrity, Respect and

Excellence). Through aforementioned values, we can set our

concept and responsibility into a truth. Make each day a significant

individual. Inspire our students and imbibe to bureaucracy the

inevitable values and abilities they need to include themselves to

what we call “life”. For our students we can just be “teachers”. For

us teachers we consider our work as a passion and that is putting

love and our life to anything we are achievement.
