Being human conjugate with numerous responsibilities, having rules together with regulations to
follow is just another random little thing that human needs to obey for it is part of the daily life. As we
grow older, we are expected to do and go with our own pathways which relates with the society within
ourselves. Some people often care too much about their social status, they took it as an important
aspect that conjugate through the standard of living. This time, morality enters the stage through
incorporating within the human life. Moral has a significant rule in any aspect of living for this associate
with the actions that have been done and will be done by the people. Aside from morality which
contributes to the goodness of a society, there is values that conjugates with the personal perspective
and self-development of a person.

Moral can be applied to every profession including the teaching profession together with the
values. A teacher should be morally good since it is part of the job. Choosing the teaching profession
means being capable to follow the protocols implemented together with the needed attitude whenever
with other fellowmen such as the learners. The significance of moral with regard to the profession of
teaching is that it is part of the development for both educator and the learner. Educators are the one to
guide the learners in making good deeds as well as in decision makings. A morally good educators are
more likely competent by handling the school diversity for they understand and respect each difference
that the students possessed. In teaching, teachers are obliged for the righteousness of the learners. In
tandem with moral is the values. Together with morality, values have the same significance as morality
in relation with the teaching profession. Through showing an attitude that surpasses the diversity of the
people inside the campus and unifies as group. By showing values to the learner, both will benefit from
it. An educator will remain to be valued as well as the student even if no one values them, for they have
shown the concept of values inside the classroom.

To sum up everything that has been stated, moral and values are two characteristics which every
educator should possessed. These two may differ from each other however, its importance and

presence are highly recommended in every schools. No matter how long the time comes, it will remain
unchanged amidst changing times.

Teaching is more than just a profession; it is one’s passion to educate and change the
perspective of other people mostly children into amazing and good one. Dedication is a must in order to
pull through in this profession. People have different kinds of perspective and it will take dedication for
them to be one of the professionals they are dreaming about. A teacher is always associated with
responsibilities which includes the dedication of working as an educator. An effective learning
environment will be created when a teacher is passionate as well as committed to its job making the
learners acquire a more accurate knowledge and education which results to better students’
accomplishments in the future.

An effective learning environment is composed of teachers who meet the capabilities that an
educator should possessed such as the skills of communication since it is needed in order to educate a
learner, a teacher with a good communication skill gives advantage for the learners to their
development. Aside from communication skills, patience is considered a virtue when teaching this is for
the reason that learners learn in a different rates and ways affecting the teacher’s ways of teaching. A
teacher must know how to control temper when faced with challenging behaviors by the students. All

these traits are not easy to manage, by entering this kind of profession is the need of dedication. As an
education student, I have understood that the future of the next generation partly depends in our hands
for we will be serving as the role model whom will be molding them into a better personality with
knowledge affiliates with them.
