The buyer shall be deemed to enjoy possession of the PROPERTY:
*if the buyers pay at least 30% of the total contract price, he/she may commence fencing using light materials and the lot may use for farming; *if the buyers pay at least 80% of the total contract price, he/she may commence concrete fencing; expenses shall be shouldered by the Buyers.
House Construction shall only commence upon full settlement.
Reclassification of lot, application for building permits and other documents
related to the house construction shall start upon fully paid and shall be shouldered by the Buyers. There should be at least 1.5 meter set back in front of the house to be constructed.
