Photos
Do you enjoy looking at photo albums? It is my
favourite leisure activity. I often take out my old
photo albums and look them through for the whole
afternoon.

As an old lady over sixty, I don’t remember things 5

as well as I did when I was young. Looking through
the photo albums can bring back my memories of the good old days. It is
a good family activity too. I always like to look at the photo albums with
my grandchildren and tell them the story behind each photo. For example,
there is a funny family photo with everyone looking very scared. It was the 10
first time my family had taken photos and we didn’t expect such a loud
noise from the camera. (The camera at that time was a large machine and
we usually took photos at a studio.)

Photos can help to pass our memories on to the next generations even
after we die. It is like we never leave the world as long as our photos exist. 15
That’s why I like photos.
