- The teacher established a positive and civil discourse and interaction beneficial for
learning
- Classroom routines, procedure was executed consistently, which helped to maximize
instructional time.
- Demonstrated mastery of the central concepts of the lessons, and employs varied
tools of inquiry.
- Follows and manages curriculum goals, applicable to students’ assessed mastery of
the subject matter.
- Each part of the lesson, as well as the selected tasks have clearly defined structures
with warm-up, modelling with independent and collaborative endeavors.
- The teacher has a good understanding of how students learn and develop. He goes
even beyond by providing varied learning opportunities, that support intellectual and
social enhancement.
