The teacher started the lesson with a warm welcome and a positive greeting. She asked the students to go to a place
where they can focus more, no noise, no interference and disturbance, and a place that can be conducive for learning.
She also managed to implement the planned activities in her lesson which are all relevant to the capabilities of each
students. She was also able to integrate her lesson with history by introducing Miriam Defensor Santiago and her role to the
Philippine Government.
The teacher also provided various learning tasks, and activities based on the different learning capabilities of each
student.
The teacher also made uses of positive reinforcement by saying praises, such as “very good” and “excellent”. Both
verbal and non-verbal cues are observed. Voice is not monotonous with proper pronunciation and diction.
She also used varied teaching methods mainly inquiry based or Socratic method. She made them discover and analyze
what the lesson would be before properly introducing to them the lesson proper. The methods used are aligned with the
learning goals like slide deck, video clip, and ICT integration. Those materials contributed to the success of the delivery of the
lesson. Congratulations!
