The teacher managed classroom structure that engaged learner’s individuality or in

groups in meaningful exploration, discovery, and hands-on activities. Activities were engaging and

exciting. The teacher employed a range of teaching strategies to develop critical and creative

thinking as well as higher-order thinking skills. Mastery of the lesson was keenly observed. He used

a range of teaching strategies that enhanced learners’ achievement in problem-solving skills. The

teacher managed learners’ behavior constructively by applying positive and non-violent discipline

to ensure learning focused environment. He used strategies for providing timely, accurate and

constructive feedback to improve learner performance. Congratulations to a job well done.

The teacher showed mastery of the subject and applied teaching strategies that challenged

the learners to draw conclusions and justify their thinking or put parts together to promote

deeper understanding of ideas learned. He planned, delivered, and utilized effective teaching

strategies that are appropriate and responsive to the special educational needs of learners. He

selected, developed, organized, and used appropriate teaching and learning resources including

ICT to address learning goals. The topic was presented in a manner that captivated the interests

of the learners. He integrated the lesson to sports. Congratulations to a job well done.
