Top Email Applications Solutions

Over 660,395 professionals have used PeerSpot research. Here are the top Email Applications vendors based on product reviews,
ratings, and comparisons. All reviews and ratings are from real users, validated by our triple authentication process.

Chart Key

Views Comparisons Reviews Words/Review Average Rating

Number of views Number of times compared Total number of reviews on Average words per review Average rating based on
to another product PeerSpot on PeerSpot reviews

Bar length
The total ranking of a product, represented by the bar length, is based on a weighted aggregate score. The score is calculated as follows:

For each ranking factor of Reviews, Views, and Comparisons, the product with the highest count in each ranking factor gets a maximum 18
points. Every other product gets assigned points based on its total in proportion to the #1 product in that ranking factor. For example, if a
product has 80% of the number of reviews compared to the product with the most reviews then the product's points for reviews would be 18
* 80% = 14.4.

Both Rating and Words/Review are awarded on a fixed linear scale. For Rating, the maximum score is 28 points awarded linearly between 6-
10 (e.g. 6 or below=0 points; 7.5=10.5 points; 9.0=21 points; 10=28 points). For Words/Review, the maximum score is 18 points awarded
linearly between 0-900 words (e.g. 600 words = 12 points; 750 words = 15 points; 900 or more words = 18 points). If a product has fewer than
ten reviews, the point contribution for Rating and Words/Review is reduced: 1/3 reduction in points for products with 5-9 reviews, two-thirds
reduction for products with fewer than five reviews.

Reviews that are more than 24 months old, as well as those written by resellers, are completely excluded from the ranking algorithm.

All products with 50+ points are designated as a Leader in their category.

Its search functionality can be better. It is currently not really easy. It has the capability to search your mailbox, but it has some
restrictions in terms of the number of results that you can retrieve. You can only get around 250 results. If you want to do a

After 2022, users of Microsoft Exchange have to migrate mailboxes to Microsoft Exchange Online, and what I'd like to improve

I would like to see Microsoft Exchange improve its documentation. The legacy version of the solution had very accurate

From a reliability perspective, they need to improve the search engine, it is not very powerful. The security is not the best, it is

We are currently using enterprise licenses for the solution. They are different pricing models available. There are individual,

There are a lot of apps and features that make it easy to share. There's Google Meet and Sheets, for example. You can use
them everywhere, and there are even some free licenses. However, we've been using Google Meet for meetings, as many
employees work remotely. Even my manager is actually working overseas. We continuously use Google Meet for meetings or

G-Suite is excellent for what we're trying to do, but it could use some extra features. For example, it would be helpful if we had

This solution is subscription based. We took an annual subscription which costs less than a monthly one. It was pretty

In terms of pricing, I don't deal with that area because it's on the outside. I just basically recommend the solutions we are using.
I am not aware of the pricing, other than I believe it is comparable to the majority of the system, but because we have been

I have been having problems with Exchange. Sometimes there are issues with emails, most likely from a POP3 server, and

There were a few short outages where mail delivery was flaky. I don't really like the response time of the web GUI for

Right off the top of my head, I can't think of anything that I would change to improve Exchange. The pricing could always be

There is a license for Microsoft Exchange Online and I have information on that, but there have been so many changes to the

HCL Notes has fantastic built-in security. The email and personal communication components are excellent, but they are some

I think the pricing is reasonable for the product. It's a rock-solid solution based on the original Lotus Notes designed in the late

It is far cheaper to license. It is a third of the cost of our Microsoft license for 10 times the amount of usage. Developing

This is a more expensive solution than Microsoft because Microsoft has a few other tools and products in one license. There's
