Include:

1.Stored food: includes carbohydrates and lipids.

2.Pigments.

Carbohydrates
Stored in the cell as glycogen
granules.
Site: Liver cells.
Muscle fibers.
Lipids
Stored as:
• Small droplets in liver cells.

• Large globules in connective


tissue fat cell.

Colored substances.

•Can be seen in the cell


without staining.
