Annual Bazaar 2019
This is to inform all parents/guardians and students that our school’s annual Bazaar activity will
be held on Saturday 8th December 2019 from 9:00 a.m till 5:00 p.m.
This year’s Bazaar will be held at the St. Vincent Grounds Point Columbia. This has become
necessary as some classrooms are still under repair from the damages caused by the tropical
storm on August 21st 2019.
Due to the change in the location students are asked to report to the tents of their respective form
classes to meet with their form teachers to prepare their booths. Each tent will have a label
indicating the specific form class.
The Bazaar programme is our school’s major fundraiser to assist with the maintenance of our
physical infrastructure and therefore we are asking for the support of all. Parents who wish to
assist with the planning and execution of the Fest should meet with the committee members:

 Time: 3:00 p.m – 5:00 p.m
