Dear Parent/Carer,

WHOLE SCHOOL CHRISTMAS TRIP – CINEWORLD, BASILDON

This year we have arranged to take all the pupils to Cineworld Basildon, for a Christmas trip. The
film being screened for KS2 is ‘Abominable’ and for KS1 is ‘Frozen 2’ both films have a ‘U’
certificate.

KS2 are going on the morning of Monday 16 th December and Foundation Stage and KS1 on
the morning of Tuesday 17th December. The coaches will depart at 9.00 a.m. sharp and returning
during lunchtime. As we need a prompt start the children may arrive at 8.40 a.m. and go straight
into their classroom for registration. The kitchen staff are aware and lunch will be served at a
slightly later time.

The cost of this trip is £9.00. If you are unable to contribute, it would not be the case that your child
would be prevented from participating, but the present arrangements for visits depend upon parents
willing to contribute. If there is any problem with payment please contact Mrs. Stevens, Bursar,
as we would not want any child missing out on this opportunity.

Children are allowed to take a small non fizzy drink and a small bag of popcorn/crisps. No sweets,
biscuits, cakes or chocolate please.
