    purchase wheat for human consumption. We hereby confirm that we are Ready, Willing and able to
    purchase said Commodity as per the details shown below and guarantee that funds will be paid from
    Buyer’s Bank.

    PRICE: TO BE GIVEN BY SELLER PAYMENT: SBLC .
