All in red is Pakya notes
All in black is the original text
Take note of all highlighted text and red notes

I'm not sure who wrote these texts

if its KYY himself or his followers
as in the beginning it only stated that the author of this text is
KYY investor (?)

if its KYY himself, good. if its not KYY, fine.

the important thing is the message and what we can learn from it
if we can learn new things then it doesnt matter who wrote it

make sure to read everything slowly

dont just read my notes and highlights
if you only read my notes and highlights while ignoring other texts,
you are stupid and will miss 80% of the cream
key : strong global brand
identity is important. if a company
(product) is well known globally, it
is more likely to be stronger if
combined with strong technicals
+ fundamentals
key 2 : unique products-difficult to compete

they're the master in theirown unique category

refer to "Law of Category"in Tools of Titans

anything which is cyclicalin nature means

you have to monitor it regularly and not do
blind buy and hold

the old method wont workand will do

damage
probably the most important
concept in technical analysis
is this one. understand this,
and we can achieve no losses

probably the most important

concept to understand in
fundamental analysis is this one.

earnings growth = fundamentals

a company can be said

to be strong,
fundamentally, if its
earnings are growing,
and future earnings
prospects are expected
to be even higher
INSIDER TRADING - VERY IMPORTANT!
important information here.
we know it is true that some
insiders trade their own stocks
with insider informations

this gives us 2 things to do as

retailers :

1. find these insider trading

2. buy when they buy, before they
pump up the price

insider trading are big money

opportunities, if you can find
them early enough

these 2 tools,
watchout for them!

avoid IPO whenever possible

yes, it is one of my
strong opinion that
trying to invest for
dividends in Malaysian
stocks market is a
stupid move

these are the summary of

technico-fundamentalist approach of stocks market
trading, and is also my favorite approach and
which I found to be most profitable

combining :
-momentum stocks with strong technicals
-fundamental stocks with earnings growth
potential

5 characteristics of strong companies (rare for Malaysian market)

hard to find in Malaysian companies, but if you're trading the US market, keep these in mind

1 - strong global brand identity

2 - unique products
3 - difficult to compete
4 - master in their own unique category (the law of category)
5 - durable competitive advantage
price is what you
pay, value is what
you get

personally I have never read full financial or annual

reports before. I've tried but its too cumbersome.

maybe need to give it a serious thought after this
