Prophethood ch5
Fundamental belief serves the foundation of a religion is
called its articles of faith.
Belief of Prophethood is an article of faith in Islam.
Prophethood or Risalat gives to these people of Allah.
Prophets or messenger convey Allah’s messages and His
teachings to people.
The messages of all prophets are the same ‘’Worship Allah,
as there is no god for you in His message.’’
We should never refer to a prophet a s Allah’s son. It is
forbidden to say that Allah is a partner or a son of Allah.
The Holy Quran has expressly forbidden Muslims to ascribe
partners to Allah.
In Islam Allah created man to worship Him and to lead a
religious and good life based on His teaching and guidance.
He sent them to mankind from amongst themselves for their
guidance and reformation because a man can best serve as a
guide and an example of his own race.
We should believe in the first and last prophet.
