Navigation: SYSTEM
ADMINISTRATOR>>APPLICATION>>FLEXFIELD>>DESCRIPTIVE>>SEGMENT

• Search for ‘Extra Person Information’

• Unfreeze (by Unchecking freeze button)

• Click ‘+ Button, Enter 'Code', 'Name' and 'Description'

Create Segment

Navigation: SYSTEM
ADMINISTRATOR>>APPLICATION>>FLEXFIELD>>DESCRIPTIVE>>SEGMENT>>SEGMENTS

Click 'Add' button & add values, click save and close window.

Save, Freeze and compile changes as highlighted,

Run 'Register Extra Information Types (EITs)'

Navigation: HRMS SUPER USER>>VIEW>>REQUESTS>>SUBMIT A NEW

REQUEST>>OK

• Search for Responsibility in which you want add EIT

• Add EIT

• Save Record
