OVERALL PROCESS

1. Receiving orders from the customers


- Customer can choose their favorite fabric with specific types or colors.

2. Inbound inspection
- Raw materials can come from both local and global suppliers. To check the
quality of the raw materials, 10% of the imported amount is tested. If there is
any issue with the materials, the employees announce to the order managers.
- The raw materials can be transported by air.
3. Raw materials warehousing
- There are four kinds of raw materials that are stored in the warehouse: thread,
label, decorating ropes and buttonholes.
- Before being stored in the warehouse, the manager send the information about
the imported amount (kind of fabrics, color, quantity,..). The employees check
the features of the materials with the given information. If they are matched,
materials are moved to the warehouses.
- There is a color requirement table for checking the components to reduce
errors.
- Warehouse is divided into many areas for each particular customer. With this
kind of layout, the company can easily control the products and order.
4. Cutting
Round-cutting machine
- In this process, they use round-cutting machine which cut the fabric into small
piece with high accuracy.
- This machine can be used for a wide range fabrics.
- There is no particular process when using this machine for cutting.

Standing cutting machine

- With those needed to be cut into large pieces, the company use the standing
cutting machine. However, this process is checked by the vice manager before
implementing.

Process of cutting

- There are two kinds of cutting: Cutting based on size and cutting based on
details.
- Before cutting, the size of the fabrics are measured in the warehouse.
- During cutting, all of the details are on direction to synchronize on one clothe.
- When finish the cutting process, the employees record the information (number
of layers, thickness,.. ) in the paper sheet which is sent to the Planning
department subsequently.
- When the cutting process is completed, the fabrics are arranged to be
synchronized.

5. Inspection after Cutting


- If a part on the fabric is detached with a issue tape, this part will be replaced.
- All of the details are arranged in one stack or product and tagged with a card,
which concluding the information about the size and the number of layer of
that stack or product.
6. Suturing
- In this stage, fabrics are sutured to convert into clothes.
7. Clothes inspection
- The employees check the size and the quality of the clothes. If the finished
products have no issue, they are sent to the next stage in which the dust are
removed from them.
- After removing dust, clothes are ironed before being checked again.
- If the products are well-qualified, they are packaged and delivered to the
customers.
