C. Registrar's Office
OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT : this office is the ovel all umbrella of the school as a community it
entertains problems , academic and non -academic activites in coordination with other office whice are
directly linked to the office of the president through the president VPs .
Office of the Principal : Receivers instruction from the office of the president thrrough the VP-
Academic . This office becomes the academic link between the school and the department of education
through her/his assistant and between the EMDSFI board of trustees and the faculty members the
faculty members are directly under the supervision of this office .
Registrar's Office : this office through the head off the registrar , acts as properly custodian of student
/pupils permanent records . Under the supervision of the principal , the registar's is at the same time the
in-charge of this office, who verifies and supervises the comlation and submission of all document to the
deparment of education through the help and support of the school board of trustees and the office of

Transfer graduation
SPECIFICALLY : He/she
1. maintains complate and up to date academic and other pertinent records off the student , faculty ,
and stafff .
1.3 maintains a roster of the faculty including pertinent information about each member .
4.enforce regulation covering enrolment , transfer , promotion , failures , retentions and subject
sequence set by the school and department of education ;
