Well, in today’s era, every piece of information is available online and most
news we receive over the internet via email, What’s App messages, and other
social media websites. Today I’ll talk about some time where I obtained a bit of
good news via a text message.

a. Who shared the message with you?

Last month, I received a piece of good news via a text message. It was
from a cousin, Chau, who lives in USA. She’s 8 years older than me and we’ve
lived together since we were little and I’m still looking for her. At that time, we
did not have mobile phones. We used to remain in touch through letters and
calls. I had a text message telling me on my phone from Chau.

b. What the news was about? and How was it written?

It was a short, simple message regarding her getting her dream job at one of the
best teaching centers in the USA. But I could really feel her excitement while
reading it.

c. Explain why the news was important?

I was really happy to read that message because she had been speaking about it
for the past six months.It was a really special day and that I was happy all day.I
remember that text message and this day quite clearly. And she’s happy at her
job and is loving it every day.

CONCLUSION : So this message revived our old relationship and recalled the
moments that I had with my sister; and this message really gave a chance to our
relationship, and we became friends again. We started to communicate with each
other. I have not deleted it and kept it safely.
