Reminders:
1. Your proposal / title defense will be on next week. Standby for the final date. Be prepared at
all times.
2. Use this simplified proposal template for uniformity to be submitted during the title defense.
(Prepare also a simplified proposal for your 2 nd to 3rd choice just in case your 1 st choice will
not be chosen)
3. Your adviser will be the one to decide who will be your panelists.
4. The panel member has the right to change or modify your title of the study.
5. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation with your title proposal using this simplified proposal
template.
6. Schedule of title defense per group will be posted in our GCs to avoid the influx of students to
the venue.
7. The tentative venue for the title proposal will be at the research and extension office, 1st
floor of the Training Office beside Research office.
8. There will be a contribution from each student with the amount of P15.00 each for the meals
and snacks of the panel members during the proposal / title defense.
9. Contributions shall be collected by your class officer.
