ANNEX A - DAILY INCIDENT REPORT

1. Daily Intelligence Summary - South Kivu Sector. – NSTR.

2. COB Cmdr's Assessment.

a. SCD Bendera. Overall Security situation in Bendera is should be taken more
seriously. Routine patrolling was conducted in the surrounding of Bendera, The situation
and condition of the SCD Bendera to date still has a lot of vulnerabilities, as has often been
the case recently around AOR Bendera so that it is necessary to carry out aggressive patrol
activities along the routes of Kisonja, Baruani, Mapanda, Lambokilela Lukolo and Lulimba.
In addition, there is a need for a tight communication with the local regional FARDC so that
crime-level crimes exist along the route, and more and more Focal points are available
along the route to become a source of information in the event of a sudden incident and the
presence of monusco is urgently needed in there. In general, the situation and condition of
SCD Kabeya Maji is as stable as evidenced by the fact that many residents have returned
to their respective villages, starting from Mukundi, Kabeya Maji, KalomdaMugabo and
Muanza. In addition, there are many people who dare to do activities to fulfill their daily
needs such as farming and farming. IndoRDB continues to patrol the villages around the
SCD by conducting it by air and even on foot. In addition, IndoRDB must also coordinate
with FARDC so that security can be maintained around Kabeya Maji Village.

b. Walungu BHQ. Overall security situation in Walungu is relatively calm,

Routine patrolling was conducted in the surrounding of Walungu.
