SUBJECT : Actions taken re Guidance of the RD re Briefing for the

Command Conference

1. Reference: Memo from that Office dated March 7, 2022 with same subject
as above.

2. In compliance with the above reference, be informed that upon receipt of

said memorandum this Office disseminated the guidance and instructions of the
Regional Director to comply and carry out the prevailing issues, concerns and
actions being undertaken for the 2022 National and Local Elections.

3. Further, Offices/Units concerned to adhere on the Ways forward to be

presented by the Regional Director during the PNP Command Conference such as:

To conduct intensive intelligence operations Please be informed that this PPO
against potential PAGs and other threat groups has intensified intelligence
operations against potential PAGs
and other threat groups. As of this
date, there were no reported or
monitored existing potential PAGs
and other threat groups.
Strengthening and continuous coordination with Please be informed that this PPO

Aggressive covenant signing for SAFE NLE 2022 As of this date, this PPO has
at the provincial, city and municipal level conducted/ attended thirty-six (36)
peace covenant signings

different local political candidates,
stakeholders and NGOs within
AOR.
Implementation of minimum public health Since January 1, 2022 to date,
standards. there were 951 ( 367 warned, 327
fined, 257 community service)

minimum public health standards
pursuant to Executive Order No.
23 of this Province.

rallies, signing of peace covenants and pledge of related activities in coordination
commitments among all candidates with the COMELEC pertaining to
the 2022 NLE.
Constant audit on internet connectivity and road Please be informed that this PPO

joint Internal Security Operations
with the AFP to remote areas and
CTG affected barangays in the
Province.
Please be informed that all lower
units of this PPO has already
prepared their respective
deployment plan for the security
escort in the delivery of election
paraphernalia in the five (5)
provincial hubs in coordination
with F2 logistics.
Please be informed that on March
8, 2022 at 9:00 AM, the activation
of the Provincial Special
Operation Task Group of this
Province was held at the IPPO
Function Room presided over by
PCOL RAMIL L SACULLES,
DRDO and attended by the
Regional Staff Officers, Acting
Provincial Director and P-Staff
Officers of this PPO. The
activation of the PSOTG is to
address the presence of intense
political rivalry and criminal gangs
within AOR.
