1. Reference: Memorandum from dated CRS/ Asst TF, Commander, PRO5

ASCOTF dated January 2, 2021 treating the same subject.

2. In connection with the above reference, respectfully submitted to that Office the
appropriate action taken and AAR on the actionable items below:

Actionable Items Remarks

 Ensure the accomplishment of the This PPO had already complied regarding
dependent/household member survey in the dependent and household member
the PNPCODA; survey in PNPCODA.
 Continue practice measures in the This PPO is always reminding all
prevention of COVID-19; Stations/Units to boost their immune
system through exercise, taking
supplements/vitamins and ensure that
MHSP is always being observed at all
times.
 Comply on the vaccination of PNP This PPO is reminding PNP personnel to
personnel and their household ensure the vaccination of their
members/dependents; dependents/household members and
update their PNPCODA once they have
been vaccinated
 Encourage respective personnel who are As of today, there are only Two (2)
still hesitant to be vaccinated and discuss personnel of this Office who are not yet
the importance of COVID-19 vaccine; vaccinated and this PPO is doing its best to
convince and encourage those hesitant
personnel.
 Continue to innovate and anticipate This PPO is open for all Innovations and
interventions that could be adopted or Interventions in order to mitigate and
applied in ways of preventing COVID-19; prevent the spread of COVID-19.
and
 Continues remind all personnel on the
observance of Minimum Public Health
Standard (MPHS) in workplaces and at
home
This PPO is continuously conducting Red
Teaming Inspection and Operations to all
offices/units to ensure that Minimum Public
Health Standard (MPHS) in workplaces and
at home is always being observed at all
times.
