SUBJECT : Closure of Non-Essentials Business Establishments during

the Implementation of ECQ

DATE : April 16, 2020

1. Reference: Memorandum from C, ROD dated April 16, 2020 with same
subject as above.

2. This pertains to the announcement of Secretary Eduardo M. Año, DILG to

strictly enforce the closure of non-essential business establishments while the
Extended Enhanced Community Quarantine (EECQ) is still being implemented amid
the COVID19 disease pandemic.

3. ln this regard, you are directed ensure that business establishments that are
not allowed to operate under the IATF guidelines shall remain close in their respective
AOR. Further, remind your personnel on Article 151 of RPC and provisions of R.A.
11332 which among the prohibited acts that can be charged in violation of ECQ
implementation.

4. Further, submit your actions taken with pictures to this Office (Attn: POB)
NLT 8:00 AM, April 17, 2020.
