09:30 – 10:30 Presentations of head coverings/headbands in the national folk costumes of all four
countries

11:45 – 13:30 Preparing all materials, comparing the items, drawing first designs.- Teachers‘ Project
meeting – project activities plan review and planning

14:30 – 16:30 Working on creation of the items, video recording each step to create tutorials

viewing at the exhibition

11:00 - 13:00 Arranging art work, comparing work of the groups

13:00 – 14:00 Lunch break

14:00 – 18:45 Official opening of the photo exhibition, head coverings display, reportage video
viewing for the public

19:00 – 21:00 Night out – presentation of the Spanish couisine, culture and music

Ocrober 21st, 2022- Friday

09:00 – 10:30 Discussion on all outputs created with the participants, videorecording their feedback
on the exchange

10:30 – 10:45 Coffee break

10:45 – 13:00 Sharing and collecting all material for further dissemination

13:00 – 14:00 Lunch break

14:00 – 14:30 Evaluation of the meeting and feedback from participants – collecting data through
questionnaires.
