EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Animal manures and green compost such as decomposing plants is

known to be as the organic fertilizers for the plants that can be used personal
consumption or industrial use.
The rapid increase of chemical fertilizers is causing the industry to boom

and the economic value of fertilizers is gradually increasing until it becomes
part of the basic needs of people in the community.
Due to the possible dangerous side effects of chemical fertilizers, we are

promoting organic farming to everyone. It dramatically reduces external inputs
by refraining from the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and
pharmaceuticals.
Our fertilizers are naturally available mineral sources that contain moderate
amount of plant essential nutrients. They are capable of mitigating problems
associated with synthetic fertilizers. They reduce the necessity of repeated
application of synthetic fertilizers to maintain soil fertility.

Due to the rising prices of commercial fertilizers, many anthopile and

farmers have switched to organic fertilizers not just because it is cheap
but also because of its rich nutrients that is good for soil

We make sure that our products are purely organic without having any
additives in order to maintain honesty to our costumer’s.
3. One-Stop Shop
To be able to buy our products, our shop is a one stop shop where you
can free to choose your own kind of fertilizers. We offer coupon discounts
to our “suki” and to our first-time costumer’s.

Mission
Our Mission is to establish a small-scale but top-graded and world class
organic fertilizers manufacturing company. Our capacity will favorably compete
with leaders in the industry, our firm wants to build an organic fertilizer
manufacturing business that will be listed amongst top 10 organic fertilizers
brands in the whole province of Antique. Promoting organic farming to the local
communities can help to protect the environment from the effects of chemical
fertilizers to our nature.
Vision
Our vision is to establish and produce high-quality pure organic
fertilizers that can be safely used in any types of crops to provide the plants the
necessary nutrition for them and to produce high-quality crops. Our products
can be sold in Hamtic, but also throughout the Province of Antique.

Antique’s first Magnifico Organico one of the top graded fertilizers that offers
you high quality and 100% pure fertilizers. We sell this product in a very
affordable price that anyone can surely buy. Almost everyone today uses
chemical fertilizers on their fruit and vegetable crops without realizing that
they are eating chemicals. In order to solve this problem, this product contains
100% pure organic fertilizers and can surely satisfy your plants the nutrients
they need. You can determine the uniqueness of our products from other
fertilizer’s sellers thru the texture of the fertilizers, the smell, the effectiveness
and the results of your crops.
Name of Business
Our Business Name “Magnifico Organico” was derived from the word
“magnificent” and “organic” in spanish it is “magnifico” and “orgánico” The
plant in our logo represents that our product belong to the Agricultural and
Fertilizers Industry.

Our prospective clients are the following;
Farmers – They are using fertilizers to apply it to their plants/soil to

improve soil fertility, plant vigour, produce quality and yield. They can achieve
this hig-quality crops if they will use our organic fertilizers.
Anthopile – they are people who loves planting, they always want their
plant to look beautiful, they can achieve this goal if they are going to use our
organic fertilizer.
Students – Each elementary students nowadays are required to bring

aleast one sack of carabao or cow’s manure. Instead of going to the farms and
collect manures, they can buy to our shop and choose any fertilizer they want.
Vendors – In partnership with vendors can gain more sales by making

them our business partners, they can buy our products in a whole sale price
and sell it to the community by following our proper SRP.
Location
We plan to locate our store in the Public Market in Poblacion 5, Hamtic,
Antique. We have chosen to rent a shop in the public market since this place is
always crowded every Sunday and it is the center of all markets in Hamtic.

This is our competitor from Baranggay Guintas, Hamtic, Antique located

in front of Guintas, Elementary School. They are selling Garden Soil around
Hamtic and other areas that they can reach.
Theire best selling is the garden soil, which contains nutrients that are
for planting.
It is best if they used manure as fertilizer since it adds nutrients to the
soil without affecting its fertility. It does not damage crops and produces
healthy plants

is to distributed to any people and we can also distribute it house to house

Our prices will be affordable for our target market. The pricing is based
on the raw materials of the product used and a little profit will be applied.

POSITIONS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Owner  Responsible for the growth, sustainability and

stability and daily operation of the business also

financial aspects.
2. Manager  Responsible to supervise and lead the employees and
implementing business strategies and evaluating

3. Manure  The one that is responsible to gather all the manures

Production Personnel. To manufacture the fertilizers. They will be in charge of

the processing of manure until it is refined/powdered.
Packaging Personnel. To pack all the processed product of the compost and
the manures.
Sales Agent. They will be the one to sell all the Finished product to the market.

Operating Plan

Business Physical Location

The location of our Business is on the public Market, We have rented a
space where we can sell our products. We choose to rent in public market since
it is the center of Hamtic and a lot of human activities are taking place such as
buying for groceries and etc.
Facilities
For the production of our products, we will be using one of our old stock
room and renovated it to become our production/packaging room.
Equipments/Tools Needed
The equipments/tools that we are going to use are;
Sack. This is used on manures and compost. The collector will be using this to
gather/collect manures and composts
Gloves. This will be used by the collector when gathering manures and
compost, to protect their hands from any sharp sticks or any other sharp
objects.
Rattan Hat. This will be used by the collector when gatherin/collecting

manures and compost to protect them from the heat.
Disposable Gloves. These gloves will be used by the production personnel and
packaging personnel while processing the said product
Apron. To avoid having dirt on their clothes and to maintain the cleanliness.
Weighing Scale. Used by the packaging personnel to measure the weight of the
each pack of our product
Ziplock Bag. Used for packaging of the products.
Paper Bag. Instead of using plastic, we will be using paper bags to our
costumers when they buy to us.
Supplies
The supplies bellow are mostly used in making our procucts.

Animal Manure. These are the manures that came from carabao or cows.
Composts. These are the composts that came from vermi-compost or green
compost that is also rich of nutrients that are good for the soil.
Stickers. These will be used for tha packaging of the fertilizers ziplock bag
Zip Lock bag/pouch. These is used to packed all the finished product.
Manufacturing Process
Step 1. The collector would be gathering all the

manures from the farm and transport it to the
warehouse
Step 2. The production personnel would be in charge in

all the gathered Manure and place it under the sun to dried
it up.
Step 3. Once all the manures are completely dried,

be placed in a tray.

public market and set up the shop and sell all the products.
