Analysing learners is the ASSURE model's initial step.

When Ron Clark first arrives at the school, he

evaluates the children, examines the classroom door window, and I'm not sure whether he does
anything regarding learning styles before he suddenly begins to recite his regulations. In Turkey, it
doesn't appear that learning styles can be identified in the classroom because of the crowded
classrooms and the teacher's frequent communication problems with the kids. Additionally, even if
lessons like advice must focus on this, they are changed into math lessons. My primary school
instructor, for instance, turned the teachings on art and counselling into math. Establishing standards
and objectives is the second stage. When Ron arrives at school, he observes his pupils' behaviour and
even makes one of them miss class for a few days. Ron discussed the class goal with the principal
before entering the room. Despite his amazement, the principal predicts that those pupils would do
well on the test and even go to the top class. Choosing methods, technologies, media, and materials
is the third point. In the film, Ron conducts a test to gauge his students' proficiency following his
presentation. Sadly, they aren't very excellent, but he starts giving his lesson once more. He video
tapes his classes after being ill so that they might still learn something. Technology, media, and
materials are being used in this. With his camera, he prepared technology, media, and materials.
Eggs and other items are used in his environment preparation. He first delivers the learning
experience after preparing the students by sending the recordings. (Requiring learner participation)
Students take part in the lesson; for instance, a child chewing gum swallows it, or a boy ignores a
warning from the teacher by turning his back. The next step is evaluation and revision; as I previously
stated, he creates an exam ahead of the actual exam. The pupils were all failures. After that, they
continue to study, and on the day of the test, each youngster leaves the room joyful.

Now I want to discuss how movies have influenced me and whether we could emulate Ron Clark's
actions in Turkey. I don't believe I'll be like Ron in this movie as a teacher. In Turkey, there are a
variety of pupils with various backgrounds. Second, because Ron is overly determined, loyal, and
stubborn, I could never be a teacher like him. I wouldn't be so adamant; if I was, I might come under
attack. Unfortunately, the news has made us aware of the brutality experienced by teachers. Even
without them, I would pick a different strategy for communicating with my students. I adored the
movie, and I'm thrilled that the plot is true. Even though I said I couldn't do it, after watching this
movie, I started to think maybe I could.
