1.Stay calm

Explanation

Stay calm is very important things to do peaceful quiet and without worry he has a very calm manner

2.Dont argue with the intoxicated guest.

Explanation;

We need to understand intoxicated guest for the safety of other guest but we still have to Respect
them because he/she is a customer.

3.dont embarrass the guest especially in front of other people.

Explanation;

Respect them with a Good manner always remember that customer is always right.

4.Invite the problem guest to an area away from other guest, where you can talk .

Explanation;

If there is a problem try to convince the people to talk in the place that only the two of you will talk to
fix the problem.

5.Deal with the situation in a calm friendly way.

Explanation;

We need to talk calmly and with respect.

6.Listen and empathized with your guest.

Explanation;

Listen to your guest and understand what is being said if you are a suggestion talk to him properly.
7.If you cannot calm the guest down or convince them to stop what they are doing,ask a friend of
theirs to try.

Explanation;

If the guest don’t listen to you ask other friend to convince them to stop what they are doing

8.If you decide to ask this person to leave remember that you are still responsible for their safety

Explanation;

Its better to talk properly to the guest who just left.Just to maintain the safety of other guests.
