Important Information

FARE RULES
1. All fares are Non-Refundable.
2. Online check in is available from 30 hours before flight departure up to 1 & 1/2 hours before flight departure. Passengers
travelling with an infant or requiring special assistance will need to check in at the airport.
3. Check in at the airport opens 2 & 1/2 hours before departure and closes 40 minutes to Departure for local travel and 1 hour
to departure for international travel.
4. Itinerary changes must be made 40 Minutes prior to departure. If this is not done and the Passenger doesn’t travel then the
entire fare is forfeited.
5. If at the time of change and the Original Fare is not available the Passenger will Up sell to a Higher Fare and Reservation
Change Fee will also apply.
6. Check in: Passengers are required to produce acceptable form of identification at check-in i.e. ID card or passport. For
International travel, passport and visa may be required.
7. Health: Vaccination against yellow fever required for all passengers traveling to international destinations. Check out Health
requirements (link to http://www.jambojet.com/us/uganda-travel-requirements).
8. Buy Baggage in advance. Baggage bought at Check in will be charged DOUBLE the normal rates.
9. A Passenger is allowed to Purchase a maximum of 64 Kilos of Checked in Baggage. Each piece cannot exceed 32kg.
10. The only free baggage is the 10 Kg hand luggage. Dimensions : 55cm X 35cm X 25cm.
11. Name Changes & Updates allowed at a Fee.
12. Credit Shells shall be valid up to twelve(12) months from the creation date.
