Thank you for contacting Autodesk Customer Support and sharing your project with us.
I have checked your project and I would like to inform you that using a single toolpath is very difficult to
create a slot or practically impossible to create a single toolpath for a slot. Because tool direction
suddenly changes from vertical to horizontal, it is difficult to control.
I have suggested to you calculate a different toolpath for the vertical slot and another one for the
horizontal and between both create a matching toolpath.
I have used the surface finishing strategy to finish the vertical and horizontal slots and created a single
surface by using surface modelling.
I have attached the project for your reference please download and check it.
Would you please let me know if this information helped resolve your issue? If not, I would be happy to
continue working with you until we figure it out.
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
