    Hi, when we are using any finishing strategy using the spiral option off, we found stock left in

    corners, if we are using the spiral on option extra material will remove same. we are using high-
    speed machining and also a high-speed tool. Plz, let me know how to resolve this issue. EX: - If we
    are using a Diameter 6-ball nose cutter for a radius up to 3mm there is stock left up to 60 to 80
    microns.

    As per the TeamViewer session, your issue is when you are using the step and shallow finishing
    strategy you found that the stock is left in corners and if you are using the spiral option that time the
    material is not left but the line mark is showing on the surfaces in PowerMill.
    We have a good discussion on the call, and we have checked your issue. Sorry for this inconvenience
    caused. You informed me that when you are using the PowerMill-2016 version you did not face this
    issue and you have cleared this issue with the machine tool supplier also.
