been detected" in PowerMill

PowerMill Warning: A possible rapid move into the stock has been detected. The simulation has been
stopped.

The user gets this warning message while running the simulation.

As per the TeamViewer session, my understanding was you get “PowerMill Warning: A possible rapid
move into the stock has been detected.” while running the simulation.

We followed the below steps to solve your query.

1. Activate the toolpath.


2. Click Toolpath Edit on the top.
3. Click the Toolpath Connections.
4. On the Toolpath Connections dialog-box, select Lead Ins.
5. In the Lead ins, select Horizontal Arc as a 1st choice.
6. Click the Links.
7. Select the Circular Arc as a 1st choice.
8. Click Apply/Accept.
9. To verify the results, run View mill.
