The user having an issue, the installation wizard gets hang during the installation.
Hi Bhaskar,
My name is Jagdish and I will be assisting you with your service request.
As per the TeamViewer session, my understanding was that the Installation wizard gets hang during
the installation.
We have followed the below steps to solve your issue.
Sign in as an Administrator.
Empty the TEMP folder. (To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of
Windows Explorer and press Enter.).
Disable the antivirus software. Make sure the windows defender is disabled.
Navigate to Control Panel > User Accounts > User Account and click "Change User
Accounts Control Settings." Move the slider to "Never Notify" and click OK to save the
setting.
Installed again.
Followed the activation steps.
